Please do not request us to contact you by phone. We do not provide phone support as we are a small company with inexpensive software and cannot afford specialist support staff.
When you e-mail us for support you will get a response from the actual developers of the software, the people who understand the product better than anyone.
How long does it take to get the answer?
Installation and basic support questions are answered within 24 hours. Advanced support questions may take a few days depending on complexity and time availability.
Regular support is open 5 days a week from Monday to Friday (9:00-17:00 GMT +10).
We do our best to answer your requests during weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays, but response time is usually longer, especially for non-emergency issues.
Support is closed for:
Christmas holiday (24, 25, 26 December)
New Year (1 January). |
