For investors and traders who want to keep track of open and closed trades, brokerage and profit/loss it is quick and efficient. But more significantly it has many impressive features that can support or be incorporated into a trader's technique. For example, the position explorer swiftly works out maximum position sizes based on specific money management models, while the trading pools keep track of available capital allocated to multiple systems. Stop losses and targets can be set and a warning is given when one is breached. Trade statistics allow for close analysis of systems, and the automatic backup is very useful.

The software is easy to use with a comprehensive and clear help feature. The few times that I needed assistance the support was exceptional with prompt responses to my email.

Much of the program is intuitive - I didn't need to read a manual to be able to start using it. The screens are well defined and simple to use. "Around November of last year I went on a search for a portfolio management package that would address my needs. The best I could find was an Excel based package that looked very powerful.

I bought the Excel based package and used it for several months. Although it is was very powerful, it did not have some of the system tracking features I wanted. In addition, it was slow saving the large spreadsheets and entering sell orders.

I liked what I saw and bought Stator and used it along with the Excel system. This week I made a decision to abandon the Excel system and use Stator exclusively. It is a very easy and powerful piece of software. Well thought out and with all of the system tracking reports you could want.

Even though the approach is a little different in that it is system based rather than account based you have provided the options to tie it to accounts and I just found out you can unlink and relink to another account. I also like the Pool management features and the Rollback feature is wonderful.

All in all this is the best overall system tracking based piece of software I have found and it is well worth the money!"
